Guardian & Conservator

Guardians and Conservators act as an agent, or representative of the court. They are responsible for making decisions regarding the personal, medical care, and the financial affairs within the limitations imposed by the courts. They support prevention of abuse, exploitation or self-harm. They maximize the person’s involvement in decision making and advocating for and protecting his/her rights.

Conservator Assistant

A Conservator Assistant is responsible to provide assistance to the Guardian and Conservator in relation to court reporting, benefit renewal, managing funds and paying bills. Frequent communication between the Conservator Assistant and the Guardian | Conservator is essential.

Intern

Responsible for learning processes, procedures, and County, Court and Agency policies for providing Guardianship and Conservatorship services to a variety of populations.

Conservator Assistant

Responsible to  provide assistance to the Guardian and Conservator in relation to court reporting, benefit renewal, managing funds and paying bills. Frequent communication is a key element for this position.

Guardian and Conservator

Acts as an agent or representative of the court. Accountable to the court in decisions made on behalf of the person, and subject to review and direction by the court. Governed by MN Statutes.

Program Manager

Responsible for the smooth operation of all day to day activities carried out in the division. Hires, supports and supervises division personnel.
