Residential Services
Residential services are provided across the 7 county metro area. Individuals served live within family homes receiving individual support, and are also provided to 118 persons living in homes referred to as Community Residential Services, ranging from 1 to 4 persons in a home. Others receive semi-independent services in their own apartment or townhome. Learn more about specific services and positions using the button below.
Case Management
Case Management, Managed Care and Relocation Services are provided to a variety of individuals in the metro area as well as out-state Minnesota. Persons served have differing vulnerabilities and services range based upon their waiver funding, and/or their health care provider. Thomas Allen employs licensed social workers, and unlicensed personnel who meet the eligibility requirements of the merit system, based upon individual county and service requirements.
