Residential services are provided across the 7 county metro area. Individuals served live within family homes receiving individual support, and are also provided to 118 persons living in homes referred to as Community Residential Services, ranging from 1 to 4 persons in a home. Professional, private guardianship and conservatorship services are provided to individuals across Minnesota, supporting them with making essential life decisions affecting their health, safety and other areas of need. Case Management, Managed Care and Relocation Services are provided to a variety of individuals in the metro area as well as out-state Minnesota. Persons served have differing vulnerabilities and services range based upon their waiver funding, and/or their health care provider. Thomas Allen employs licensed social workers, and unlicensed personnel who meet the eligibility requirements of the merit system, based upon individual county and service requirements.
