Residential services are provided across the 7 county metro area. Individuals served live within family homes receiving individual support, and are also provided to 118 persons living in homes referred to as Community Residential Services, ranging from 1 to 4 persons in a home. Case Management, Managed Care and Relocation Services are provided to a variety of individuals in the metro area as well as out-state Minnesota. Persons served have differing vulnerabilities and services range based upon their waiver funding, and/or their health care provider. Thomas Allen employs licensed social workers, and unlicensed personnel who meet the eligibility requirements of the merit system, based upon individual county and service requirements.
